Heidi's Raspberry Farm is nestled on the banks of the Rio Grande in the village of Corralles, NM. Heidi makes her jams with only USDA Certified Organic raspberries grown right there, and other natural ingredients. Her low sugar, all-natural recipes are slow-cooked in small batches to preserve the natural goodness and color of the fruit.
Besides the Raspberry-Red Chile jam featured here, she also makes Traditional Raspberry and Raspberry-Ginger Jams
